All files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG and PNG formats, ready for printing or saving straight to your phone.
How do I receive my digital files?
Your download link will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
How long does my download link remain active?
Your download link will remain active for 3 years from the date of purchase. We recommend saving your files to a secure location such as cloud storage as soon as you download them so you always have a copy to hand.
How do I use my digital poster?
Once downloaded, your poster file can be printed at home or uploaded to a printing service such as VistaPrint.co.uk. We recommend printing on cardstock or textured paper for the best result. Frame and hang in your home gym, bedroom or office for daily motivation.
How do I use my phone wallpaper?
Download the file directly to your phone and set it as your home or lock screen background for instant motivation on the go.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Digital products are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital file and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived upon download. If you believe your file is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@v3apparel.com.
I am having trouble downloading my file. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder for the download email. If you are still unable to access your file, contact us at support@v3apparel.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
If your download link has expired, please note that links remain active for 3 years from the date of purchase. If you are within this period and experiencing an issue, contact us and we will arrange access to your files.
