To start a return, visit our Returns Centre at v3apparel.returnscenter.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Returns submitted outside of this 30-day window cannot be approved.
Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Your return label or delivery instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all swing tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or returned without their original tags.
Please include your order invoice in your return parcel to help us identify and process your return. Returns without identifying paperwork may be delayed.
All returns must be submitted separately per order. Items from different orders cannot be grouped into a single return parcel.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please do not use the Returns Centre. Contact us directly at support@v3apparel.com and we will resolve this for you.
