Can I change my delivery address?
Before an order is shipped
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once the order has been confirmed. If you need to modify your delivery address or if an incorrect delivery address was provided, please Contact Us as soon as possible.
After order an order has been shipped
For security reasons, shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. If your order was placed with an incorrect delivery address please Contact Us.
Does V3 Apparel deliver to my location?
Where does V3 Apparel ship from?
All orders are currently shipped worldwide from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. For a full list of countries we deliver to please click here.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
V3 Apparel does not ship to PO Box delivery addresses as deliveries may require a signature or alternative form of delivery confirmation before delivery can be completed. If an order is placed with a PO Box delivery address, we will contact you to request an updated delivery address and hold the shipment until an alternative address has been received.
Please note all delivery services provided are recommended timeframes advised by each courier to your location and although each courier endeavours to deliver within their advised estimated timeframes these are not guaranteed timeframes, particularly during public holidays, festive seasons and owing to events out of our control such as local custom delays and the COVID-19 pandemic. We process all orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Deliveries are made by couriers Monday - Saturday. Sunday deliveries may be available for some locations and tracked orders. Please consult the tracking details for your order for the most accurate and up to date information.
Do you ship to military addresses?
We ship to military addresses including APO, FPO, DPO, BFPO with standard delivery service only, due to security reasons. Please note that due to the difficult nature of delivering to these locations, we recommend allowing up to an additional 14 - 21 business days for delivery in addition to the recommended standard delivery times.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. V3 Apparel has no control over these charges and we are unable to provide an exact charge for any orders.
Recipients are liable for all customs, import duties and local sale taxes levied by the country in which you reside. Payment for any fees will be required in order to release your package. Please familiarise yourself with your local customs and national postal service to prevent any unwanted charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Customers final order value as displayed on V3Apparel.com does not include any additional duties or charges.
Refusal to pay any requested customs duty and import fees related to your order will result in the courier returning the order back to our location. Upon return, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% handling fee of the order subtotal will be deducted from any final refund. This deduction also includes any orders originally purchased with free shipping.

V3 Apparel are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during delivery and cannot provided financial reimbursement for any customs, import duties or local sale taxes.
My delivery can not be made due to an address error or incorrect information provided
Please review all information prior to completing your purchase as we are unable to amend any details after the purchase has been completed for security reasons. In instances whereby a delivery cannot be made due to erroneous information was provided such as an incorrect delivery address, your order may be returned to our location within 4-6 weeks by the courier. Upon safe return of the order, the original cost of shipping plus a 15% handling fee of the order subtotal will be deducted from any final refund. This deduction also includes any orders originally purchased with free shipping.
eGift cards are digital products only and will be delivered to the recipient by email with a unique link and code to redeem at checkout during your next purchase. As this is a digital product, eGift card purchases do not count towards any advised free shipping limits.
