Exchanges are currently only available for UK customers only. International customers will be required to return the item you wish to exchange for a refund and place a new order on V3Apparel.com.
Customers within the United Kingdom must submit an exchange request for an item of a different size or colour of the same product style within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Items must be submitted through the Returns Center and approved by the returns team. Any item(s) returned without first being submitted and approved cannot be exchanged and a charge will be added for their return to the sender.
Upon an exchange being approved and a returns address provided, pre-approved item(s) only must be returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging, in line with our Return Policy, within 14 days of approval. Returns outside of this window cannot be processed and a charge will be added for their return to the sender. Please also ensure to include the requested returns paperwork and original invoice within the returned package to help us identify and expedite your request. Packages returned without the required paperwork may experience delays or, may not be processed if they are unable to be identified.
Please note, V3 Apparel cannot cover the shipping charges of any returned items and V3 Apparel cannot be held responsible for any returned item(s) until they are received by our team. We recommend safely and securely packing your return to prevent any damage occurring during transit. We also recommend keeping proof of postage and returning your package through a tracked shipping method. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any packages that go missing during transit and cannot offer a replacement or reimburse any packages that are lost in transit. A shipment received confirmation email will be sent to the address associated with the order to confirm successful receipt of returned item(s).
In the event that returned items are found not to be in a suitable condition in accordance with our Return Policy, we will refuse the return and contact you to arrange a return which you will need to cover.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return to be inspected, processed and a replacement shipped to you. If the requested item(s) are no longer available, then a refund for that product will instead be issued.
